BETTING KENYA APS Bomet FC Secures Sh5.5 Million Sponsorship With WR Bet 4 weeks ago Szarlot Post Views: 160 The Administration Police Service (APS) Bomet Football Club has received a major financial boost after signing a Sh5.5 million sponsorship deal with betting company White Rabbit (WR) Bet. The five-month partnership will help the Bomet County-based National Super League (NSL) side in its push for promotion to the top-tier Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League. Speaking during an official visit to Bomet IAAF Stadium, the home base of APS Bomet, WR Bet officials led by Regional Director Vadim Daianov, Chief Operations Officer Humphrey Alumasa, and Head of Supervision Department Grayson Marwa confirmed that APS Bomet FC is the only NSL team the company is sponsoring in the Rift Valley region. “This is the only club we are currently sponsoring, and we will be in Bomet on Sunday to witness the team play, meet the fans, and register them on our platform. We have plenty of merchandise and other goodies for the club and the fans,” – said Marwa. He encouraged local supporters to turn up in large numbers and cheer on their team as they fight for promotion to the FKF Premier League. Marwa also revealed that APS Bomet FC fans would receive a special promo code when registering on the WR Bet platform, ensuring that their support directly benefits the club. “We are also looking forward to extending this partnership into the next season. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, we will be exploring community projects in need of support in Bomet and the entire Rift Valley region,” – he added. On his part, Vadim Daianov assured fans of WR Bet’s continued support and stated that company officials would attend APS Bomet FC’s next home match to show solidarity. “We are wishing the team success in their remaining matches so they can secure promotion to the next level. My plea to the fans is to turn up in large numbers and cheer their beloved team,” – said Daianov. The sponsorship comes as a huge relief for APS Bomet FC, a team that has been relying on well-wishers to fund operations and honor league fixtures for quite a long time. The Club CEO, Chief Inspector of Police Rose Chemutai, expressed her gratitude for the sponsorship and emphasized the importance of fans support to the team. “We want our home fans to turn up in large numbers to witness this match. They have always stood by us, and this is also an opportunity for them to learn more about the company that has chosen to sponsor us,” – said Chemutai. “This is a major boost for us because, as you know, the league currently lacks an official sponsor. Most teams rely on donations and well-wishers to keep running, so this support comes at the right time,” – she added. APS Bomet FC currently ranks second in the NSL standings with 50 points, trailing Nairobi United by a single point. The team is set to face Fortune Sacco FC, who are in seventh place with 34 points, in a crucial league match in Bomet on Sunday. With the new sponsorship, APS Bomet FC is now better positioned to strengthen its financial stability, enhance players’ welfare, and remain competitive in the push for promotion. The team CEO urged fans and residents of Bomet to turn up in large numbers and support their team as they continue their quest for top-flight football.
