Big win in ITHUBA operator of the Uganda National Lottery

ITHUBA, the proud operator of the Uganda National Lottery has today handed over a UGX 35Million cheque to Mr Charles Ochieng a double ticket winner from the latest POWERBALL draw 55 held on Friday, 13th December 2024.

Four lucky participants each won UGX 17,764,400, while while Charles claimed UGX 35,528,800 handed over to him by the operator’s Public Relations manager Stephen Muneza at Banana Lifestyle Shop located at Acacia Mall in Kampala where he played from last week.

Two more winners will be awarded this week at the ITHUBA regional offices in Mbarara and Gulu, another who played via USSD code *278# was paid directly to his mobile money wallet. The final winner is yet to come forward and claim his prize.

While the coveted POWERBALL jackpot of UGX 1.2 billion remains unclaimed, an impressive UGX 100 million rolled down to the next highest prize division, spreading cheer to even more participants. This unique feature has amplified the

excitement of the game, creating new winners just in time for the festive season. The winning numbers for the draw were: 17, 27, 37, 38, 42, and the POWERBALL number was 07.
