BETTING BtoBet Discusses Bookmakers’ Priorities With Leading Industry Figures 2 years ago Iwo Bulski Post Views: 672 BtoBet’s Chief Operations Officer, Dima Reiderman, joined a panel of key figures from the sports betting industry at SBC Summit Barcelona to discuss the key traits that bookmakers have to look for when choosing a technology partner. Joining Betcris’ CEO Jose Duarte, Trustly’s VP Strategic Partnerships Kendall Myles, BetWarrior’s CEO Zeno Ossko, and Sporting Solution’s CEO Andy Wright, Reiderman analysed how the increased rate of technological adoption is impacting the betting industry, whilst discussing what operators’ priorities should be when seeking to adopt new innovations. Highlighting today’s player characteristics, he added that it’s a must for bookmakers to provide their players with the betting experience they seek, otherwise it’s easy for them to look elsewhere. He added that player expectations influence what operators bring to the market, and implicitly how software providers develop new products, new content and how this 3rd party content can be integrated smoothly. He further stated that providers, operators and players constantly push each other to innovate the products and services they launch, mostly based on what happens in the technological landscape.
