Checkd Dev enters Africa with Smart Acca launch, alongside 888Africa

Supplier Checkd Dev has announced its entry into the African market with the launch of its Smart Acca product, in partnership with 888Africa.

The initial launch of Smart Acca will take place in Angola and Zambia, with plans to roll out across 888Africa’s websites throughout the 2024-25 football season.

The product will be featured on the homepages of both Betlion and 888bets brands and aims to boost the betting experience for recreational players.

Smart Acca leverages Checkd Dev’s API to offer an interface for building accumulator bets. The product features short odds opportunities and integrates Opta data visualisation, which provides users with key metrics in a graphic format.

Commenting on the development, Andrew Grimshaw, Checkd Commercial Director, stated:
