BURUNDI Gambling Laws in Burundi 3 years ago Iwo Bulski Post Views: 2,979 The Burundian Penal Code 2008, in its revised and amended version from 2009 issued as the Burundi Penal Code 2009 makes all forms of gambling in Burundi illegal.
