The 40-day promotion dubbed Nduthika na Aviator Campaign which was launched on March 29, 2023, will enable 40 lucky winners go home with new motorbikes. The winners will be based on those with the highest multiplier (score) of the day. At the launch, Eric Mwiti, Betika’s senior Brand manager urged fans to grab the opportunity as it is fun and challenges their limits. Mwiti assured Betika gamers that Nduthika na Aviator Campaign is meant to see fans win the motorbikes which they can use to get extra income. “We appreciate that our average Beter is focused on improving his/her livelihood, a fundamental aspect that we as Betika want and will promote’,” – said Mwiti. Betika is one of the leading betting firm in Kenya. The firm recently awarded Sh200 million to a lucky winner of its Betika mega jackpot. The lucky winner was Moses Kiprono who only cleared high school in 2021. He expressed his excitement with the award, which is one of the biggest payouts in Africa’s betting history, saying it will change the his life and that of his immediate family. He won the award after accurately predicting the results of all 17 games with a stake of KES 49 to become the second winner of the Betika mega jackpot. Since a 20% withholding tax will be applied to the jackpot amount, Kiprono is expected to get KES 160 million. Besides, Betika is also the jersey sponsor of Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League AFC Leopards to a tune of Sh60 million each year.
