According to local media The Breaking Times. over 60 million punters spend approximately €8 every day on bets. There are 50 sports betting sites in Nigeria, and the number is likely to increase in the upcoming years. The respondents told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that they place bets to generate quick and easy income. They also said that they want to turn their passion for sports into something profitable.
