NOVOMATIC Honoured as Austrian Leading Company for the Fourth Time

The globally active gaming technology group NOVOMATIC has again been certified for its group-wide sustainable business strategy, high innovative strength as well as the promotion of young talents by the independent, cross-industry excellence platform “Leitbetriebe Austria”, which awards exemplary companies in the Austrian economy.

NOVOMATIC Executive Board Member Johannes Gratzl received the certificate from Leitbetriebe Austria managing director Monica Rintersbacher during a visit to the headquarters in Gumpoldskirchen.

“As one of the largest gaming technology groups in the world, with around 21,000 employees at more than 45 locations worldwide, we pay particular attention to the implementation of sustainable ESG measures. We, therefore, consider the award as ‘Austrian Leading Company’ as a confirmation of our efforts in this important area, which are also reflected in top rankings in international ESG ratings and successful G4 certification in accordance with the highest international player protection standards,”

As one of the largest employers in Lower Austria, NOVOMATIC also received its second full “berufundfamilie” certificate from the Federal Ministry for Women, Families and Youth. This certificate distinguishes companies that support a healthy work-life balance of their employees with appropriate operational measures, such as subsidised childcare or the possibility of home office, for which NOVOMATIC also received the “Mobile Working” certificate. In addition, NOVOMATIC’s high-quality standards in recruiting measures and internal onboarding processes were awarded the silver “Best Recruiters” seal.
