Pool Cranes travel to Lusaka for the All Africa Blackball pool championship 2022. ( AAPA )

Habib Ssebuguzi will captain the Pool Cranes men’s team after the Pool Association of Uganda announced the squads to represent Uganda at the All Africa Black Ball Pool Championships in Lusaka, Zambia slated for this weekend kicking off on 4th – 6th of March.

The National technical committee for the Pool Association of Uganda ( PAU ) released a 19 men and women selection of the pool Cranes team heading to Lusaka, Zambia for the All Africa blackball pool championship slated on 3rd – 6th march 2022. A team of 12 men and 7 women has been through several training sessions over the past month under the tutelage of head couch Nathan Bwankosya.

The official flag off was yesterday at the National Council of sports and on behalf of the government of Uganda the National Council of Sports General Secretary Dr. David Ogwel, with his Assistant D. Katende , handed over the National Flag to the Head of Delegation and the Team Captain as a gesture to the 40million people back home .

NCS funded air travel of 16 members including 12 players and 4 officials. The team was briefed to represent the beauty and hospitality of the pearl of Africa across its borders. The following is the team.
