Wolverhampton Wanderers will be looking to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League for the first time since October when they welcome Leeds United to Molineux on Friday night. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side will enter the contest off the back of a 2-1 victory at Southampton on Sunday, while Leeds suffered a 4-2 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on the same afternoon.

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ 2-1 Premier League (PL) win at Southampton (Feb 14) continued a sequence of seven competitive matches with a different result to the last (W3, D2, L2). Such inconsistency leaves them in a comfortable mid-table position despite their failure to score first in any of the last 14 league fixtures involving them!

They have every apparent chance of getting that win-rate above the current 50%, as there had been a 39.57% overall majority of PL away wins as of Tuesday, underlining the continued impact of absent home fans.
